Sayed Kalimullah Abed

Sayed Kalimullah Abed is an Afghan Fulbright alumnus and currently a Ph.D. Candidate of Special Education at Lehigh University in the United States. He has a bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology of children with visual impairment from Kabul Education University and a master’s degree in Special Education from Lehigh University. He is a certified trainer of teachers for children with visual impairment. His current research focus is on cross-culture adaptation and validation of assessments, screeners, and providing evidenced-based interventions for children who have experienced trauma and who are at risk of social, behavioral, and academic problems.
