PoMA is a team of transnational and interdisciplinary researchers and development practitioners specialized in Psychology, Mental Health, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Historiography, Geopolitics and Geoeconomics, Disability Studies, War and Conflict Studies, and Development Studies. Our team fosters context-specific approaches to conduct evaluations and sensitive research, focusing on the most vulnerable segments of society, often those experiencing conflict-related psychological trauma. 

Our research encompasses local and collective data collection methods, evidence-informed practices, implementation science, applied evaluation research, and traumatization prevention training for research teams. We conduct needs assessment and gap analysis, clinical assessments, applied and implementation research, program evaluation and case studies, data analysis and interpretation, dissemination and knowledge translation, interdisciplinary research, impact assessments, and effectiveness and impact studies with local research teams and inter-organizational collaborations.
